Saving water and energy at Miss Clara

Jan 16, 2023

Miss Clara is yet another hotel that has chosen the Orbital Shower as part of its plan for long-term sustainability.

Now the hotel guests can enjoy lovely long showers while saving both water and energy.

The first rooms at Miss Clara by Nobis are ready with the Orbital Shower installed. Even though the rooms had recently been completed, it was important for Nobis Hospitality Group to bring in water-saving modern technology as part of its sustainability work.

Because the hotel rooms were already of the highest standard, they chose to install the Orbital Shower Retrofit, a model that can be insert into an existing bathroom without rebuilding or breaking the waterproofing layer.

The installation of the Orbital Shower has been done in a careful way so that the modern technology blends in well with the solid materials and sober colors that are Miss Clara's signature, created by the architect Gert Wingårdh.

The house is one of Stockholm's most well-preserved Art Nouveau buildings in the epicenter of Stockholm. Miss Clara is an urban design hotel with a warm and familiar feeling.

The hotel has high ambitions to meet guests' expectations for a first-class experience. At the same time, it is a clearly stated goal that Miss Clara aims to become the Nordic region's most sustainable hotel with a focus on solid and sustainable materials and long-term circular thinking around our common resources.
